Shop Your Way Rewards is the rewards program for all of the Sears brands. MMG was asked to help brand and skin a Shop Your Way Rewards application, one of several initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement.
PAVING THE WAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Assist plug-in was designed to make it easy for customers and sales associates to interact. It lets rewards members text with in-store employees to ask for help or send a photo of an item they're trying to find. Using the app on an iPad, sales associates can then quickly respond, locate products and send members a link to purchase them online.

SKINNING THE APP
Working with the development team, MMG developed styles for the Customer Assist app’s buttons, icons and general look and feel. We designed screens for the user interface and recommended layout changes to improve usability. (Customer Assist is the Sears Associate’s view of the Shop Your Way Rewards Member Assist app.)
